The location was favourable, not very far from National Museum. Moreover, it was walking distance to a central market and a palace. I liked the room with balcony. The breakfast was reasonable and good - a lot of dishes...

I recommend it for staying in Phnom Penh. Near most sightseeings, the location is favourable and perfect so close to the Central Market and the night market, metong river, and the tourist attractions. There's E-Coffee serving quick orders near the hotel.

Location is ok.
Breakfast is modest. Better to go to Feel Good Cafe not far away. Fried noodles and Chinese vegetables are not my thing for breakfast.

This hotel is great value for money and offers excellent prices for a comfortable stay in the city center. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the royal palace and the river. The staff are friendly and attentive, and the rooms are clean and well-maintained. I especially liked having a balcony in my room, it added an extra touch of relaxation to my stay. The breakfast spread was adequate and the variety of options impressed me. I had a great experience at this hotel.
All was ok.

The hotel is located in the busy and bustling center of the city with plenty of attractions located around the area. Visitors can enjoy the local culture and markets located close by, including the central market, for an authentic experience. the rooms are well-furnished and comfortable, with some featuring kitchenettes and small living areas for an added convenience.
There was only one negative aspect of the hotel that stood out, which was the limited selection of breakfast items offered to guests.

Beautifully decorated suite. All in mint colours. Good fridge. With a new washing machine!! Great lighting.
Somewhat uncomfortable seating furniture, small balcony without furniture.

Awesome rooms, completely new and generously furnished.
Internet connection was permanently interrupted and then dropped out altogether, making it impossible to use. Breakfast was lean. A lot of choice for Asians (rice, spring rolls, etc.) for us – only toast with butter. The service as well as the available places at breakfast was simply too poor. Construction site directly in front of the room window

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is situated in the city center, close to the Royal Palace, yet in a less crowded area. It's a great choice if you prefer not to stay in the bustling Riverside area.
No major issues.

Had a great Thanksgiving break at this hotel! the room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful balcony overlooking the city. I loved the complementary breakfast and the fact that the staff was always friendly and willing to help. the location was perfect, with many restaurants and attractions within walking distance. the best part was the complementary tour of the city, which gave me a great insight into its culture and history. a great experience.
there was some construction noise which was a bit bothersome at times.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail is impressive, from the well-equipped rooms with a small bedroom separated from the living area by sliding glass doors, to the good facilities provided. The location is superb, right in the bustling center of town, in front of the central market and near the Riverside area.
None of the negative aspects mentioned in the reviews stood out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of town and just a short walk to the riverfront. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Alvin who spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities I needed including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The hotel also had a washing machine and free toiletries, which was a nice bonus. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay, and the hospitality was top-notch.
I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
